It will explore the legal frameworks governing transboundary water resources, analyze the principles and mechanisms of international water law, assess the challenges and opportunities in transboundary water management, and propose recommendations for strengthening the governance of shared water resources within legal and ethical frameworks. The study seeks to provide valuable insights into the intersection of law, diplomacy, and environmental sustainability, fostering a balanced and cooperative approach to managing transboundary water resources. <br></p>
