<p> This project aims to comprehensively examine the legal and ethical considerations of indigenous rights and land claims. It will explore the historical and contemporary significance of indigenous rights, analyze the legal frameworks for land claims and indigenous governance, assess the ethical dimensions of indigenous land rights, and propose recommendations for strengthening the protection of indigenous rights within legal and ethical frameworks. The study seeks to provide valuable insights into the intersection of law, ethics, and indigenous rights, fostering a balanced and respectful approach to addressing indigenous land claims and rights. <br></p>
