Abstract
The adoption of plant-based diets has gained popularity in recent years, with many individuals transitioning towards this dietary pattern for health reasons. The aim of this study was to investigate the effects of a plant-based diet on cardiovascular health in adults. The research was conducted with a focus on exploring the potential benefits of plant-based diets in reducing the risk of cardiovascular diseases such as hypertension, hypercholesterolemia, and heart disease.
