Abstract
This thesis explores the economic impact of sustainable farming practices in rural communities. With the increasing global focus on sustainability and environmental conservation, it is crucial to assess how sustainable farming practices can contribute to the economic development of rural areas. The study aims to identify the challenges and opportunities associated with sustainable farming practices and analyze their effects on the economic well-being of rural communities. The research methodology employed a mixed-methods approach, combining both quantitative and qualitative data collection techniques. A comprehensive literature review was conducted to provide a theoretical framework for understanding sustainable farming practices and their economic implications. Data was collected through surveys, interviews, and field observations in selected rural communities to gather insights from farmers, local stakeholders, and experts in the field. The findings of the study reveal that sustainable farming practices have a positive impact on the economic sustainability of rural communities. These practices not only enhance agricultural productivity and profitability but also contribute to environmental conservation and community resilience. However, challenges such as limited access to resources, lack of technical know-how, and market constraints hinder the widespread adoption of sustainable farming practices in rural areas.
