This thesis focuses on the assessment of sustainable farming practices in rural communities, aiming to explore the various methods and approaches employed by farmers to enhance agricultural productivity while minimizing negative environmental impacts. The research is motivated by the increasing importance of sustainable agriculture in addressing food security, environmental sustainability, and rural development challenges. The introduction provides an overview of the background of the study, outlining the significance of sustainable farming practices in rural communities.
