This thesis investigates the impact of mindfulness-based interventions on stress management in college students through a randomized controlled trial. Stress is a prevalent issue among college students, often leading to negative consequences on their mental health, academic performance, and overall well-being. Mindfulness-based interventions have gained recognition as effective tools in addressing stress and promoting mental wellness.
