Abstract
This thesis investigates the impact of mindfulness-based interventions on stress and anxiety levels in college students through a randomized controlled trial. The study aims to contribute to the growing body of research on the efficacy of mindfulness practices in promoting mental well-being among young adults. The research design involves a randomized controlled trial where college students are randomly assigned to either a mindfulness intervention group or a control group. The intervention group will participate in a structured mindfulness program, while the control group will receive no intervention.
