This thesis investigates the impact of mindfulness-based interventions on stress and anxiety levels in college students through a comparative study. Stress and anxiety are prevalent among college students and can significantly impact their academic performance, mental health, and overall well-being. Mindfulness-based interventions have gained attention as potential strategies to alleviate stress and anxiety by promoting present-moment awareness and acceptance. This study aims to compare the effectiveness of mindfulness-based interventions in reducing stress and anxiety levels among college students.
