Climate change is rapidly altering the environment, leading to various impacts on coastal regions worldwide. Coastal erosion, exacerbated by rising sea levels and extreme weather events, is a critical consequence of climate change that threatens the sustainability and resilience of vulnerable coastal areas. This thesis investigates the impact of climate change on coastal erosion through a detailed case study of a specific vulnerable coastal region. By analyzing the interplay between climatic factors, human activities, and coastal dynamics, this research aims to enhance understanding of the complex processes driving coastal erosion in the face of climate change. The study begins with an introduction that provides an overview of the research focus, highlighting the urgency and significance of addressing coastal erosion in the context of climate change.
