Abstract

This research project focuses on the development of a low-cost food fortification program aimed at addressing malnutrition in resource-constrained settings. Malnutrition remains a significant public health concern in many developing countries, with micronutrient deficiencies being particularly prevalent. This study seeks to design and evaluate an affordable and sustainable approach to fortifying staple foods with essential vitamins and minerals. The findings will contribute to the implementation of effective strategies for improving nutrition and reducing the burden of malnutrition in vulnerable populations.
