The real estate sector plays a significant role in global sustainability efforts, and the implementation of sustainable practices in property management is crucial for environmental conservation and economic development. This thesis investigates the adoption and impact of sustainable practices in commercial real estate management through a case study approach. The study focuses on analyzing the current state of sustainable practices in the commercial real estate sector, identifying challenges and opportunities for implementing sustainability measures, and evaluating the benefits of such initiatives. Chapter 1 provides an introduction to the research topic, outlining the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of key terms. The literature review in Chapter 2 examines ten key areas related to sustainable practices in property management, including green building certification, energy efficiency, waste management, water conservation, tenant engagement, and financial implications of sustainability initiatives.
