This thesis explores the utilization of Geographic Information Systems (GIS) to optimize property management in urban environments. The rapid urbanization and increasing complexities in property management have necessitated the adoption of advanced technologies to enhance decision-making processes and operational efficiency. GIS offers a powerful tool for spatial analysis and visualization, enabling property managers to better understand and manage their assets within urban settings. This study aims to investigate the potential benefits and challenges of implementing GIS in property management practices, particularly in the context of urban environments.
