Abstract

This study analyzes and compares the environmental impacts of conventional, organic, and regenerative agricultural systems. Key areas of comparison include impacts on soil health, water quality, biodiversity, greenhouse gas emissions, and resilience to climate change. Primary data was collected through on-site observations and soil/water sampling on farms using different approaches. Secondary data from existing literature was also reviewed. The results indicate that regenerative practices tend to have the lowest environmental impacts across most metrics. Recommendations are provided for farmers seeking to transition to more sustainable methods.
