Wetland restoration has emerged as a key conservation strategy to reverse these trends and enhance biodiversity conservation efforts. This thesis aims to assess the effectiveness of wetland restoration in biodiversity conservation through a comprehensive examination of restoration projects and their impact on biodiversity. The study begins with an introduction to the importance of wetlands in biodiversity conservation, highlighting the current threats and challenges facing these ecosystems. A review of the literature provides a comprehensive overview of wetland restoration approaches and their effectiveness in enhancing biodiversity.
