Abstract
The escalating issue of environmental pollution has necessitated the adoption of sustainable waste management practices to mitigate its adverse effects. This thesis explores the effectiveness of sustainable waste management practices in reducing environmental pollution. The study critically evaluates various waste management strategies, including recycling, composting, waste-to-energy technologies, and landfill management, to determine their impact on environmental pollution reduction. A comprehensive literature review was conducted to examine existing research on sustainable waste management practices and their implications for environmental sustainability. The research methodology involved a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches, including surveys, interviews, and data analysis.
