Abstract
This thesis examines the effectiveness of sustainable waste management practices in mitigating environmental pollution. The study explores the current waste management strategies in place and evaluates their impact on reducing pollution levels. The research methodology involved a comprehensive literature review, data collection, and analysis to assess the effectiveness of sustainable waste management practices. The findings reveal that sustainable waste management practices, such as recycling, composting, and waste-to-energy technologies, play a crucial role in reducing environmental pollution. These practices help in minimizing the amount of waste sent to landfills and incineration facilities, thus decreasing greenhouse gas emissions and adverse environmental impacts.
