Mental health issues have become increasingly prevalent in society, and literature serves as a powerful medium for understanding and addressing these complex themes. By examining how mental health is portrayed in a diverse range of novels, this study aims to shed light on the various ways in which authors conceptualize and depict mental health struggles.
