This research project investigates the impact of artificial intelligence (AI) on customer service in the retail industry. The retail sector has been rapidly adopting AI technologies to enhance customer interactions, streamline processes, and improve overall efficiency. AI-powered chatbots, recommendation systems, and personalized marketing strategies are revolutionizing the way retailers engage with customers. This study aims to examine the benefits and challenges associated with implementing AI in customer service within the retail sector. The research methodology includes a combination of qualitative and quantitative approaches.
