This research project aims to investigate the impact of social media on mental health among adolescents. The study will explore how the use of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Snapchat affects the mental well-being of teenagers aged 13 to 18. The research will focus on several key aspects including the relationship between social media usage and self-esteem, body image issues, anxiety levels, and overall psychological well-being. By conducting surveys and interviews with adolescents, the study intends to gather data on their social media habits, the amount of time spent online, the type of content they engage with, and how these factors influence their mental health.
