Abstract
The impact of climate change on global food security is a critical issue that has garnered increasing attention in recent years. Changes in temperature and precipitation patterns, as well as the increase in extreme weather events, pose significant challenges to agricultural productivity and food availability. This study examines the relationship between climate change and food security, focusing on the implications for both developing and developed countries. Through a comprehensive review of existing literature, this research provides insights into the various ways in which climate change is affecting food security worldwide. The analysis highlights the vulnerability of small-scale farmers in developing countries to climate-related risks and stresses the importance of implementing adaptation strategies to build resilience in the agricultural sector. In addition, the study explores the impact of climate change on food access, utilization, and stability, emphasizing the need for integrated approaches that address the multidimensional nature of food security. Furthermore, this research investigates the role of international cooperation and policy interventions in mitigating the effects of climate change on food security. By examining case studies from different regions, the study identifies best practices and policy recommendations to enhance the adaptive capacity of countries facing food security challenges. The findings underscore the importance of investing in sustainable agricultural practices, improving infrastructure, and supporting smallholder farmers to ensure food security in a changing climate.
