Thesis Abstract

<p> This project aims to design and implement a power line communication (PLC) system for smart grid applications. The system will utilize existing power distribution lines to establish a communication network for smart grid devices, such as smart meters, sensors, and actuators. The project will focus on developing efficient modulation and demodulation techniques to enable reliable data transmission over power lines. The PLC system will be designed to support bidirectional communication, enabling real-time monitoring and control of electrical distribution networks. The project will also investigate the integration of PLC with other communication technologies to create a robust and scalable smart grid infrastructure. <br></p>
