Thesis Abstract

Abstract
Toys play a significant role in the cognitive development of pre-school children. This research project aims to assess the influence of toys on the cognitive functions of children aged 3 to 5 years old. The study will focus on how different types of toys, such as educational toys, pretend play toys, puzzles, and building blocks, impact cognitive skills like problem-solving, creativity, memory, and spatial awareness. The research will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis with qualitative observations. A sample of pre-school children will be selected from different socio-economic backgrounds to ensure diversity in the study population.
