Thesis Abstract
AbstractSexual harassment is a prevalent issue in educational institutions, including public colleges of education. This research project aims to investigate the impact of sexual harassment on the academic performance of students in public colleges of education. The study will utilize both qualitative and quantitative research methods to gather data from students in selected public colleges of education. The research will focus on understanding the prevalence of sexual harassment in these institutions, the types of harassment experienced by students, and the perceived impact of harassment on their academic performance. Additionally, the study will explore the coping mechanisms employed by students in response to sexual harassment and the support services available to them within the college environment. By examining the relationship between sexual harassment and academic performance, this research seeks to contribute to the existing literature on the topic and provide insights that can inform policies and interventions aimed at addressing sexual harassment in public colleges of education.
