AbstractThe aim of this research is to investigate the effect of organizational culture on the performance of quantity surveying firms in Nigeria. Organizational culture plays a crucial role in shaping the behavior, attitudes, and performance of employees within a firm. In the context of quantity surveying firms, where the nature of work demands precision, efficiency, and effective communication, understanding how organizational culture influences these aspects is essential.
