Thesis Abstract

This project aims to explore the principles and practices of risk management in construction projects to identify, assess, mitigate, and monitor potential risks that may impact project objectives. The project will investigate the use of risk management tools and techniques, such as risk identification workshops, risk registers, quantitative risk analysis, and risk response planning, to proactively manage project uncertainties and improve decision-making. The project will also assess the impact of effective risk management on project performance and stakeholder satisfaction.
