Abstract
The present study aimed to investigate the antioxidant activity of various plant extracts through a series of experiments and analyses. Antioxidants play a crucial role in preventing oxidative damage caused by free radicals in the body, thus potentially reducing the risk of various diseases. The research methodology involved extracting antioxidants from a selection of plants using different solvents and evaluating their antioxidant activity through assays such as DPPH radical scavenging activity, ABTS radical scavenging activity, and total phenolic content determination.
