<p> Natural flavors and fragrances play a significant role in various consumer products, including food, beverages, cosmetics, and perfumes. This project aims to investigate the chemistry of natural flavors and fragrances, focusing on the chemical compounds responsible for their characteristic aromas and tastes. Through a combination of analytical techniques, including gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) and sensory analysis, this study seeks to identify and characterize the key volatile compounds present in natural flavors and fragrances, as well as their sources and applications. <br></p>
