<p> This project aims to explore the teaching of business negotiation skills in business education. Negotiation is a fundamental aspect of business interactions, and equipping students with effective negotiation skills is crucial for their future success in various professional contexts. The research will examine different pedagogical approaches to teaching negotiation, the development of negotiation competencies, and the impact of negotiation training on students' confidence and ability to navigate complex business scenarios. Additionally, the project will investigate the integration of real-world negotiation simulations and case studies into business curriculum to enhance students' practical skills and strategic thinking. <br></p>
