The fashion industry is one of the most dynamic and resource-intensive sectors, facing increasing pressure to adopt sustainable practices. This thesis explores the implementation of sustainable supply chain practices in the fashion industry through a case study approach. The research examines the challenges faced by companies in integrating sustainability into their supply chain operations and the strategies employed to overcome these challenges. A comprehensive literature review provides insights into current trends and best practices in sustainable supply chain management within the context of the fashion industry. The research methodology section outlines the research design, data collection methods, and analysis techniques employed in this study. Through in-depth interviews and analysis of company documents, the study investigates how leading fashion companies have integrated sustainability into their supply chain operations and the impact of these initiatives on their performance.
