This thesis examines the impact of blockchain technology on supply chain management within the retail industry. The adoption of blockchain technology has gained significant attention due to its potential to revolutionize traditional supply chain processes by enhancing transparency, efficiency, and security. The research investigates how blockchain technology can address the challenges faced by the retail sector in managing complex and globalized supply chains. Through a comprehensive literature review, the study explores the theoretical foundations of blockchain technology and its applications in supply chain management.
