The implementation of Lean Management Principles in Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) has garnered significant attention in recent years as organizations seek to improve operational efficiency and competitiveness. This thesis explores the adoption and application of Lean Management Principles within the context of SMEs, aiming to provide insights into the challenges, benefits, and best practices associated with this strategic management approach. Chapter One introduces the study by outlining the background, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of terms. Chapter Two presents a comprehensive literature review that examines existing research on Lean Management Principles, particularly in SMEs, highlighting key concepts, theories, and empirical evidence. Chapter Three details the research methodology employed in this study, including research design, data collection methods, sampling techniques, data analysis procedures, and ethical considerations.
