The outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic has significantly altered the traditional work landscape, leading to a widespread adoption of remote work practices globally. This study aims to analyze the impact of remote work on employee productivity and job satisfaction in the post-pandemic era. Within this context, the research seeks to investigate the various factors influencing productivity and job satisfaction of employees working remotely, exploring both the benefits and challenges associated with this new mode of work. The study will utilize a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative surveys and qualitative interviews to gather data from employees across different industries. A comprehensive literature review will be conducted to examine existing research on remote work, productivity, and job satisfaction, providing a theoretical framework for the study. In the research methodology chapter, the sampling method, data collection techniques, and data analysis procedures will be outlined in detail. The research will focus on at least eight key components, including research design, population and sampling, data collection instruments, data analysis methods, ethical considerations, and limitations of the study.
