This thesis aims to investigate the impact of technology adoption on business performance in the retail industry. The study focuses on understanding how various technologies, such as e-commerce platforms, data analytics, and inventory management systems, influence key performance indicators in retail businesses. Through a comprehensive literature review, this research explores existing theories and empirical studies related to technology adoption and business performance in the retail sector. The research methodology employed in this study includes both qualitative and quantitative approaches.
