Blockchain technology has emerged as a disruptive force in various industries, offering transparency, security, and efficiency benefits. This thesis explores the implementation of blockchain technology in supply chain management through a case study approach. The study aims to investigate how blockchain can enhance supply chain processes and address existing challenges. The research begins with an introduction to the importance of supply chain management and the potential of blockchain technology in revolutionizing traditional processes. A comprehensive literature review examines existing studies on blockchain in supply chain management, highlighting key findings and gaps in research.
