Thesis Abstract

<p> This project aims to analyze the effects of different plant growth regulators on seed germination. Plant growth regulators, such as auxins, cytokinins, gibberellins, and abscisic acid, play crucial roles in regulating various aspects of plant growth and development. Understanding their effects on seed germination is essential for optimizing germination conditions and improving crop establishment. This study will investigate the impact of different growth regulators on seed germination rates, germination uniformity, and early seedling growth. Laboratory experiments, including hormone treatments and physiological measurements, will be conducted to assess the effects of growth regulators on seed germination. The findings will contribute to our understanding of the hormonal regulation of seed germination and may have practical applications in agriculture and horticulture <br></p>
