Thesis Abstract

This project aims to analyze the impact of teacher-student relationships on student achievement in biology. Research has consistently shown that positive teacher-student relationships contribute to improved academic outcomes and student engagement. However, limited research has specifically examined the influence of teacher-student relationships in the context of biology education. This study will involve surveying biology students to assess their perceptions of teacher-student relationships and analyzing the relationship between these perceptions and academic achievement. The findings will provide insights into the importance of fostering positive teacher-student relationships in biology classrooms and inform strategies for enhancing student achievement in biology education
