Thesis Abstract

This research project aims to investigate the impact of exchange rate volatility on capital flows. Exchange rate volatility refers to the fluctuations in the value of a country's currency relative to other currencies. Capital flows, on the other hand, represent the movement of funds between countries for investment purposes. The study will analyze the relationship between exchange rate volatility and different types of capital flows, such as foreign direct investment, portfolio investment, and debt flows. It will also examine the factors that influence this relationship, including economic fundamentals, financial market conditions, and policy measures. The findings of this research will contribute to a better understanding of the dynamics between exchange rate volatility and capital flows, and provide insights for policymakers and investors.
