Thesis Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the effectiveness of bank branch networks in serving customers. With the rise of digital banking, the role and relevance of physical bank branches have been questioned. This study will assess the performance of bank branch networks in terms of accessibility, convenience, and customer satisfaction. The research will employ a combination of quantitative and qualitative methods, including surveys and interviews with bank customers. The findings will provide insights into the effectiveness of bank branch networks and inform banks on how to optimize their physical presence to meet customer needs in the digital age.
