Thesis Abstract

This project explores the use of art therapy as a therapeutic intervention in school settings to facilitate emotional expression and healing among students. It investigates the theoretical foundations of art therapy and its application in addressing emotional and psychological challenges faced by students. The project examines the benefits of art therapy in promoting self-awareness, emotional regulation, and resilience. It also explores the role of art therapists in schools and the ethical considerations associated with implementing art therapy programs. The findings of this project will contribute to the understanding of the effectiveness of art therapy as a valuable tool for supporting students' emotional well-being.
