Thesis Abstract

<p> This project explores the design principles and strategies for creating sustainable and resilient manufacturing facilities. As the manufacturing sector continues to grow, it is crucial to address the environmental impact and resilience of these facilities. The project aims to investigate sustainable design practices, energy-efficient technologies, waste management systems, and adaptive strategies for manufacturing facilities. It will also explore the integration of renewable energy sources, circular economy principles, and smart manufacturing concepts. The findings will provide architects and industrial designers with insights and guidelines to create manufacturing facilities that are environmentally responsible, resource-efficient, and resilient to future challenges. <br></p>
