This thesis delves into the exploration of the role of archaeological sites in promoting sustainable tourism, aiming to understand how these sites can be effectively managed to balance the needs of tourism development with preservation efforts. The study is crucial in the context of ensuring the long-term viability of archaeological sites as tourist destinations while safeguarding their cultural and historical significance. The introductory chapter sets the stage by providing a comprehensive overview of the research topic.
