Abstract
This study investigated the effect of different feeding strategies on the growth performance of broiler chickens. The research aimed to compare the impact of various feeding methods on the growth, feed conversion ratio, and overall performance of broiler chickens. The study was conducted over a period of 12 weeks, utilizing a sample size of 200 broiler chickens. The feeding strategies included conventional commercial feed, organic feed, and a combination of both. The research methodology involved the random allocation of chickens into different treatment groups, monitoring their growth parameters, feed intake, and health status throughout the study period. The results of the study revealed significant differences in the growth performance of broiler chickens under different feeding strategies. Broilers fed with organic feed demonstrated slower growth but better feed conversion efficiency compared to those fed with conventional feed. The combination feeding group showed intermediate results in terms of growth and feed efficiency. Furthermore, health assessments indicated that broilers fed with organic feed exhibited lower incidences of health issues such as digestive disorders and respiratory problems. In conclusion, the findings of this study suggest that the choice of feeding strategy can have a substantial impact on the growth performance and health of broiler chickens. The results highlight the importance of considering not only growth rates but also feed efficiency and overall health when selecting a feeding regimen for broiler production. This research contributes valuable insights for poultry farmers and stakeholders in optimizing feeding strategies to enhance the growth performance and well-being of broiler chickens.
