The poultry industry plays a significant role in ensuring food security and economic growth worldwide. Broiler chickens are one of the most commonly raised poultry species, with growth performance being a key indicator of their overall health and productivity. The feeding strategies employed in broiler production have a direct impact on growth performance, making it essential to evaluate and optimize these strategies for maximum efficiency and profitability. This study aimed to investigate the effects of different feeding strategies on the growth performance of broiler chickens. Chapter One provides an introduction to the research topic, highlighting the background of the study, problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, structure of the thesis, and definition of terms. Chapter Two presents a comprehensive literature review that explores existing research on feeding strategies and growth performance in broiler chickens. The review covers topics such as feed composition, feed additives, feeding schedules, and their impact on growth parameters. Chapter Three outlines the research methodology employed in this study, including details on the experimental design, sample population, data collection methods, and statistical analysis techniques. The chapter also discusses ethical considerations and limitations of the study. Chapter Four presents a detailed discussion of the findings, analyzing the effects of different feeding strategies on growth performance indicators such as body weight gain, feed conversion ratio, and mortality rates.
