Abstract
The use of probiotics in animal nutrition has gained significant attention in recent years due to their potential benefits in improving animal health and performance. This study aimed to investigate the impact of probiotics on the gut microbiota of broiler chickens. The research was conducted using a randomized controlled trial design, with broiler chickens divided into two groups one receiving a probiotic supplement and the other serving as a control group. The study began with a thorough literature review to provide a comprehensive understanding of the role of probiotics in animal nutrition and their effects on gut health and microbiota composition. Various probiotic strains and their mechanisms of action were evaluated to determine the most effective probiotics for broiler chickens. In the research methodology, detailed information on the experimental design, sample collection, probiotic administration, and gut microbiota analysis was provided. The study included a range of parameters to assess the gut microbiota composition, such as microbial diversity, abundance of beneficial bacteria, and presence of pathogenic bacteria.
