Thesis Abstract

<p> This research project aims to investigate the impact of aging on joint mobility and flexibility. As individuals age, they often experience a decline in joint function, which can significantly affect their quality of life and overall mobility. The study will explore the physiological changes that occur in joints with aging, including alterations in cartilage, ligaments, and synovial fluid. Additionally, the project will examine the role of physical activity, nutrition, and lifestyle factors in maintaining joint health throughout the aging process. The findings of this research will contribute to a better understanding of the mechanisms underlying age-related joint stiffness and provide insights into potential strategies for preserving joint mobility and flexibility in older adults <br></p>
