Thesis Abstract

<p> This research project aims to investigate the significant role of exercise in preventing cardiovascular diseases. Cardiovascular diseases, including heart attacks and strokes, are leading causes of mortality worldwide. However, numerous studies have shown that regular physical activity can significantly reduce the risk of developing these conditions. This project will explore the physiological mechanisms through which exercise positively impacts cardiovascular health, including its effects on blood pressure, cholesterol levels, inflammation, and overall cardiovascular fitness. Additionally, the project will examine different types and intensities of exercise, as well as the recommended duration and frequency, to provide evidence-based recommendations for individuals seeking to prevent cardiovascular diseases through exercise. <br></p>
