This project aims to investigate the impact of agricultural education on farmers' knowledge of post-harvest management practices. By understanding the effectiveness of agricultural education programs in improving farmers' knowledge in this area, the project seeks to contribute to the development of strategies that enhance post-harvest management practices and reduce food waste.</div><div>The project will employ a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative data analysis and qualitative research methods. Initially, a comprehensive literature review will be conducted to gather existing knowledge on post-harvest management practices, including studies on the challenges faced by farmers and the role of agricultural education in addressing these challenges.</div><div>Quantitative data will be collected through surveys administered to farmers who have undergone agricultural education programs and those who have not. The surveys will assess farmers' knowledge of post-harvest management practices, including harvesting techniques, storage methods, packaging, transportation, and quality control.
