Abstract
This thesis investigates the effectiveness of mobile technologies in enhancing agricultural extension services. The rapid advancement of mobile technologies has provided new opportunities to improve communication, knowledge dissemination, and support systems for farmers in the agriculture sector. However, there is a need to assess the actual impact and effectiveness of these technologies in enhancing agricultural extension services. This study aims to fill this gap by evaluating the benefits, challenges, and overall effectiveness of using mobile technologies in agricultural extension services.
