The study aims to provide insights into how mobile technology can be leveraged to overcome traditional limitations in extension services, such as limited reach, communication barriers, and information gaps. The first part of the thesis delves into the theoretical framework and background of agricultural extension services, highlighting the importance of effective communication and knowledge transfer in promoting sustainable agricultural practices. The problem statement identifies the existing challenges in traditional extension services, including limited access to information, inadequate communication channels, and the need for more interactive and tailored approaches to extension work.
