Climate change poses a significant challenge to agriculture globally, affecting crop yields and farmer incomes, particularly in developing countries. This thesis examines the economic impacts of climate change on crop yields and farmer income in a developing country context. The study employs a mixed-methods approach, combining quantitative analysis of historical climate data and crop yield information with qualitative interviews with farmers to provide a comprehensive understanding of the issue. Chapter 1 introduces the research topic, providing a background to the study, stating the problem statement, objectives, limitations, scope, significance, and outlining the structure of the thesis.
